Cancellation Policy
We understand that situations can change quickly during a lost pet event.
A $30 administrative fee will be retained for cancellations made after booking and consultation.
If our team has begun travel, deployment preparations, or is actively en route to your location, a $200 cancellation fee will apply.
These fees help offset scheduling commitments, operational costs, and resources reserved specifically for your case.
