Jay’s background in aviation compliance, thermal imaging, and disciplined field operations helps KCPSR bring a more professional and organized process to lost pet recovery. His goal is simple: give every owner a real plan, use the best tools available, and do everything possible to help bring lost dogs and cats home safely.

With more than 40 years of customer service and problem-solving experience, Richard brings a calm, people-first approach to the field. After seeing the process work and having his cat safely returned home, he became fully committed to the mission.
