When a referred pet owner’s eligible initial service is completed, KCPSR staff review the referral and pay your contribution: $15 at Level 1, $30 total at Level 2.
Not every KCPSR job produces a contribution — only qualifying completed referrals attributed to your organization. Recovery is never guaranteed, and you are never asked to promise it.
No. There is no fee, no minimum and no contract term.
As soon as you sign up. You do not need a first paid referral. Your partner page and adoptable-pet listings go live once we have your authorized content and have checked the details with you.

No. $30 is the total per qualifying completed referral at Level 2; it replaces the $15.
Your partner page is the page KCPSR builds for you on our website (Level 1 and up). The KCPSR resource page is the page you add to your own website about KCPSR (a Level 2 requirement).
No. No active API connection is required to join, at either level. We coordinate technical setup when a supported connection becomes available, and we never ask for passwords, API keys or private adopter information.
Level 2 partners can contact KCPSR for consultation, recovery planning and coordination. Field services and any associated fees are arranged case by case; recovery and immediate availability cannot be guaranteed.
KCPSR staff review completed, qualifying referrals and pay them in reviewed batches. Payments are not automatic, and the payment method is confirmed with you directly.
No. They are referral payments to your organization for qualifying completed jobs, tracked separately from any donations, and KCPSR does not describe them as tax-deductible.
Use the Join Our Network form. Your organization joins at Level 1 as soon as the signup is saved. You can request Level 2 before your resource page is ready; the $30 total rate begins once KCPSR verifies the resource page and you have given the listing-access agreement. Referral codes are shared once KCPSR supplies and activates them.
