HOW THIS HUB WORKS

Four steps, and a person at the end of every one of them.

You report A missing pet, a found pet or a sighting. It takes a few minutes and it goes onto the metro map straight away.
The system compares Every report is checked against every compatible report — public and private — on breed, colour, size, markings, area and date.
A person reviews Nothing is acted on by software alone. A KC Pet Search & Rescue team member reads every possible match before anyone is contacted.
You get connected When a match holds up we make the introduction — and if the search needs boots on the ground, we can escalate it.

Map locations are approximate. Pins show a general area, never a street address.
Contact details are never published. Names, phone numbers and email addresses stay private, and are never passed between two people in a possible match without review.
Public listing is a choice. A pet appears here only if the person who reported it agreed to public display, and that permission can be withdrawn at any time.
